most likely: Trader Joe's Whole Grain Flour Tortilla 1 oz Jack Cheese 1/2 Cup Vegetarian refried beans 1 oz low fat sour cream (also from TJ's) and salsa aquired at a local taqueria! it's around 400 cals.

Lol sexcercise!! I add the "sexercise" to my "yoga" cardio ;) He thinks it's hilarious! Now every time I mention doing yoga in public he giggles...even when I'm talking about real yoga!

I have trouble with this too as I stay up late. I usually try not to eat past 7. But if I must have something, I try drinking a big glass of water or fat free milk and see if that does the trick. To stop yourself though try doing a bunch of sit ups.

Just simply explain (when you're not eating) that fitness is becoming an important thing to you. And you want to try to do it right for a while. He'll understand and maybe you'll need to do the cooking ;)
