I LOVE squash! However, I'm super-competitive and a few years ago dislocated my shoulder playing it. :( So I can't play any racquet sports anymore, it throws my shoulder out. I'd love to be curvy and toned, but unfortunately I've got wide shoulders and no hips :( ... so I'm aiming for super-slender but super-toned. That probably makes no sense.

I used to have to finish everything on my plate but after my partner comparing me to a dog telling me I didn't know when I was full (I'd sit and complain about not being able to move) I try to listen to my body and if I'm full, I won't finish my dinner. The other half tends to eat the leftovers, haha!

Finished Day 7 on Level 2. I can do most of the moves now! ... Except the one that's a plank and you jump backwards and forwards... geez that hurts my thighs! H2B has commented that my back and stomach is looking much more toned - AND I beat him in an arm wrestle =P heheeee

Just finished day 1 on level 2. The sweat is dripping off me but I'm surprised at how much I could actually do!

I'll be starting on Level 2 tonight! I'm scared of how sore I'll be considering how I felt after the first couple of days! I'll take some measurements tonight =)

Day 5 tonight and it's getting so much easier! The first couple of days killed me, my thighs and calves and upper arms were SO sore! ... but I'm able to do each exercise properly now, although like the rest of you those side lunges with the arm raises are a shocker!
