I struggle with the same issue… I’ve always been a night owl and tend to snack. This might seem like a ridiculous question, but do you have the option of just going to bed? It’s really hard for me to just go to bed “early” because I like the quiet time after my family is asleep. I have to set a bedtime for myself and a…

I'd love to add some friends in the same boat! I'm 34 and want to lose 120lbs. It's daunting, but we can do it!! Please feel free to add me!

I'm in the same situation - I joined MFP a few years ago and did really well for awhile. I lost almost 40 pounds. I've since put the weight back on. I'm just starting out again, and am looking for some friends to help motivate me. Feel free to add me!

I think this is really smart!

I'm right there with you. I've lost 17 so far, and I'm still about 5-10 over my day-of-delivery weight. We can do this! So glad you're on here...We're all here to help each other!

I just finished day 6...it does get easier so stick with it! I feel so much stronger in just 6 days. I log it as 20 minutes of "circuit training, general." Keep in mind that everyone burns a different amount of calories depending on their height/weight. For example, I burn about 260 calories doing it, but I know some other…

Way to go! I can definitely see a difference, especially in your tummy. Are you taking measurements? That would also be a way for you to prove to yourself that your body is changing. Awesome job!

So far I've gone from a 42I to 42G! So excited. Still WAY too much there though. Hoping that by the time I meet my goal I'll be 36DD at most.

Awesome! You look great. Thanks for posting

I can really see a difference in your face/neck...you are amazing! Way to go!

I'll join you - I just finished day 4!

Thanks everyone for the tips. The reason my calories burned are so high is because I was logging Shred as "circuit training, general." For 25 minutes, MFP calculated that I was burning 370 cals. Anyway, I will adjust that down to 250 or so and see what that does for me. Just a little discouraged since I had been losing 2-3…

I've been stuck for about 2.5 to 3 weeks. No medical conditions. I take measurements - but there's been no change there either. The only change has been starting 30 Day Shred on Monday (4 days ago)

Did Level 1 Day 3...I'm in!

Totally - I am very large chested and I was doing 1-arm jumping jacks just so I could hold my boobs in. Yesterday I put on my smallest bra, then wrapped a piece of knit fabric (t-shirt fabric) that I had (it's about 8" by 36") around my chest several times really tight. Totally worked! I was able to do all of the cardio…

There is an option to do the DVD without her talking. Don't remember off the top of my head where, but just look around on the menu.

Awesome!

Don't beat yourself up. I'm sure that you didn't gain all 7lbs back in one night. Be easy on yourself (which I know is more difficult than it sounds). Learn from last night and try to move forward. Sounds like you're off to a great start. And woohoo for no deployment...enjoy keeping your hubby home.
