I love what you did if I wasnt so scared about falling into old habits I would give your idea a go myself. I know the feeling looking back its no wonder I put on all the weight well done so far and good luck on your journey :)

The thing that really bugs me is when people go "I thought you were dieting you should eat that" But what hurts that I hate to hear is "You look so much better now I felt horrible for you when you were heavier" "people find you so much more attractive now you are on the lighter side"

I have a motivational folder of stuff on my phone because I always have it on me so whenever I feel crappy or not having a good day I look through it I have everything from text pics to the body I want

It depends, I normally eat breakfast but if I had a food packed day the next morning the thought of breakfast will turn me sick.

You cant help your body frame/shape. You just have to find away to lose the amount you want and be happy with what you look like. If you accept your body for its natural shape, it will be easier to feel happy about the weight you have lost. You are beautiful though. Dont let this de-motivate you

I still count the calories in fruit and veg. How can you not if it adds up to over 100 for a salad

yea someone people will just never have a thigh gap. I don't think I will no matter how much I have lost since my heaviest weight I have not even come close but aslong as my legs look toned I don't mind. Make your legs look toned and don't worry about a thigh gap hun
