Remind that future minister the bible says "Thou shalt not steal" ..lol... My family all eat a lot of carbs, my wife is asian so there is always a lot of rice and bread around. I just made the decision to give all that up. I don't need it and since I've been on Keto I don't crave it. I suggest if you want to keep on with…

I have been working the night shift for tha past 9 months, I try to eat dinner around 6:00PM but I'm always starving around 11:30 / 12:00 so I always end up eating the yummy food my wife cooked for dinner. Plus it's so easy to just hit the fast food for dinner, that stuff I know is gonna kill me for sure if I don't stop…

Well, I'm just starting out with this so I really can't say I know enough to debate anyone yet. I do know that: My BP is down 25 - 30 points on average, my blood sugar is getting close to normal range, I have lost 10 lbs, I have more energy, I think more clearly, I don't have chest pains any more, I dont feel bloated all…

But that's what makes it fun!! Oh, and beer is still on the menu for me now and then, but hey it's grain yeast and hops so I'm good right??

Forks Over Knives - just watched it today. Oh crap I think I'm turning Vegan!!

I would back way off on breads and increase veggies / fruits. Too much bread / carbs will sabotage your diet

I am a bit heavy as well, 240 @ 6 foot, it does hurt my knees / shins to run. I would suggest walking for a while at a brisk pace just to get your body used to it. After you feel pretty good with that maybe start a Couch to 5K program. I do the "Zombies Run" program and it works great for me. I'm 49 so I don't want to push…

I count everything, I am borderline diabetic and fruit has a lot of sugar that I need to track

I agree with Zenpuppy, add real food, good lean protein and lots of veggies! I don't know what you have your weight loss goal set to but your calorie intake seems pretty low which will result in low energy. Low energy means your activity levels will be low and will probably put your metabolism to low to burn calories…

I just started looking at a vegan diet, and it seems like all vegan friendly products (minus veggies of course) are loaded with gluten
