Oh crap! I think im becoming a Vegan!!

Well, I'm just starting out with this so I really can't say I know enough to debate anyone yet. I do know that:
My BP is down 25 - 30 points on average,
my blood sugar is getting close to normal range,
I have lost 10 lbs,
I have more energy,
I think more clearly,
I don't have chest pains any more,
I dont feel bloated all the time like I used to
Acid reflux is reducing
I am too sexy now
I still can't speak Spanish or play the piano but I'm good with that.
Anyway, I'm a believer after only 3 weeks of mostly meatless and now eliminating dairy. I'm not saying I'm going to become a strict Vegan but I am seeing real results already - your mileage may vary..0 -

I was vegan for 7 years until I was about 23, which was mainly for ethical reasons and back then the choice of veggie food was almost nil unless you went to specialist shops, even had to look for the "vegetarian cheddar" in the supermarket. I know that lots of cheese doesn't agree with me, upsets my digestive system. My body knows what feels right, never been a big one for drinking milk or lots of eggs. Over the last 6 months have been substituting more vegan things into my diet again, swapping almond / coconut / soya milk for cows milk, etc.0
