  • Thanks. I spent today going through my cookbooks found several recipes that sound taste and low on crabs and fat. I am going to reduce or eliminate the salt and sugar.

  • I have started eating more. for a month my calories were between 1100 to 12000 per day. For the last few days I have average 1400 to 1500 calories I need to get motivated to exercise more. before my weight lost comes to a end.:sad: Need an encouraging word.
