  • Also I'm in the gym 4 days a week. 3 lifting, 2 cardio. Usually I'm doing long hikes on days I'm not in the gym. I'm trying to get in another day for the cardio as well.

  • They will recalculate since your macros will adjust as you lose. However I've had custom set macro settings reset on me before and I had to go back in and manually change them back to my ratios. Maybe double check to make sure your ratios are the same if you had custom set them.
