I'm not from Ireland, but I am positive and on here everyday! You can add me if you want.

Thank you. Great strategy offer. I am always interested in the advice of others and this seems to make so much sense to me. I usually read all of the "eat back your exercise calories" and I'm always wondering if that is the best thing to do. Anyways, just a big thanks for a new perspective.

I just started back up today. It has been 11 days since I had a real workout, and I don't want to quit now. I did Turbo Jam today just to see where I was and how it felt. I am ready for Turbo Fire, bring it on... I need the accountability as well.

Just the motivation I needed. Thank you and have a great day!!!:flowerforyou:

My sister in law who will only eat one saltine or one cherry in front of you, but can eat a whole jar of peanut butter at midnight.

You can add me!!! I'm on everyday, I'm very positive and I love to encourage others.

Thank you for everything. Sometimes it helps just knowing that you are not alone.

I love that idea. I will look into doing that as well. As an added measure, if I come across something "unhealthy" I can find an alternative. Thanks for the light bulb!!

I would just make sure that your net calories are equaling your goal calories. I lose more when I eat my exercise calories. Good Luck!!!

My best guess is that; for one MFP already includes a deficit in your caloric intake, 2 you may not have been eating your exercise calories (which you should according to MFP) and finally your body may have been ready for a slight overage so that it knew you weren't hungry. I am no expert on any of this, but I have learned…

Good luck! The first step is knowing you need to make a change. This site can help to make you accountable, but you have to be willing to use the tools. I hope that this is what you need to make those changes. Best wishes!!:flowerforyou:

http://www.skinnytaste.com This website has some good ideas! Another thing I do is when I have time make a double batch and freeze into smaller portions. It helps when days are busy. Fresh Veggies are always a good way to start a meal. Maybe you could get the girls a little snack while chicken is baking. Another great…

Wonderful job!!! It shows great dedication and commitment. Enjoy your success.

Try switching up your exercise routine. Sometimes trying new things tricks your body into turning flab into fab. I have been doing Turbo Jam and I have really seen a difference in the way my legs look. They are not smaller (yet), but definitely better.

I was wondering the same thing....

Looking good. Keep up the great work.

Hahahahaha!!!!

Turbo Jam for sure. It is dancing/kickboxing/aerobic. It is amazing. I have using it for about 30 days and I already see a big difference in my appearance.

You are in the right place. This is a community of supporters! Ask for help and you will get it. Want to be pushed or held accountable, that can happen too! Feeling down about a bad day, week, month or weigh in, we will cheer you up. If you have friends encourage them and if you don't, MFP has plenty of people willing to…

Red wine vinegar and olive oil. I use it when ever I don't have balsamic.

Welcome, Coming here is a great place to find support and accountability. I have been actively participating for a almost 3 weeks. This is exactly what I needed to stay motivated. I hope that you find what you are looking for and if you need a friend, just ask.

Homemade fried rice. I don't really fry anything. I use brown rice and I throw in a scrambled egg. Sometimes I add a little soy sauce. Easy and cheap.

My motivation is fit by 40. I have always worked out and watched what I ate. But now I feel like raising kids, working and life in general has changed certain behaviors. It is time for me to regain focus. Most of my family members have heart disease and/or diabetes. I love this place and I now that I need something/someone…

Throw it in a small crock pot with some salsa. Cook for a few hours and serve over brown rice.

I always make black bean salad as a dip with triscuits or pita wedges. It's easy, inexpensive and not bad if your watching what you eat. Buffalo chicken dip is good too, but I haven't found a way to make it calorie friendly.

Thanks. I was concerned. I feel much better now.
