I am new. No more excuses, going to lose weight

i am a part time Zumba fitness instructor and need to lose 20 lbs. I eat too much and make too many wrong food choices. Stress eating, emotional eating, whatever you call it...I want to get healthy and be a better xample for my students. Besides it will help me dance better!

    Good luck! The first step is knowing you need to make a change. This site can help to make you accountable, but you have to be willing to use the tools. I hope that this is what you need to make those changes. Best wishes!!:flowerforyou:

    Welcome and good luck!!! Zumba is my FAVORITE exercise. I go 3 days a week.

    The hardest thing for me when I began my weight loss journey was to admit to myself that I have a eating disorder, and actually admitted that out loud to myself and family. If there was something in the house I loved to eat and I was hungry, I would eat it. I had to stop sabotaging myself. My husband agreed to eat what I fixed (healthier) and not to bring those goodies into the house.

    It worked!!!!
