Thank you for your reply. I found with my first 2 I put on weight after my first 2 whilst breastfeeding even though I lost some initially just finding that I am exhausted at the moment and craving sugar. Your advice is really useful. D

Hi, I'm 5'2'' and currently 115 heaviest weight (after second child) 140 - would like to get down to 110 - eat 1200 net. For this year I've set myself a challenge for the month - no alcohol no white bread or processed sugar or artifical additives. We'll see how I get on after this month. Denise

God I had no idea that you had gained back that weight - such a pain in the *kitten*. My only advice (beacuse it has work for me) is to aim to be in and around my calories most days - some days I'm hungrier (sometimes for a few days) and I just need to eat a bit more. Ohh I log as circuit training general - she mentions that the way she combines exercises is for maximum calorie burn - so I log it as circuit - given the effort I excert I even think it underestimates the calories!

Oh that is wonderful!
