I did some stretches. The weather was yucky here and I had to work late.

I recently had shoulder surgery, so I have to skip the push ups, but I will add an extra 5 lunges and tricep curls.

I took a 15 minute walk at lunch today, trying to enjoy what remains of nice fall weather.

A couple years ago I took some Bokwa classes it was a lot of fun and a great workout. Not sure yet which one I may try, I will figure it out when I get home from work. Have a great day everyone.

Great Idea. We should never forget the brave folks who have lost their lives so that we can live free and remember the loss of so many innocent lives that horrific day 14 years ago. Goals: 1. Lose 8 pounds in 8 weeks. 2. Log all meals and snacks. 3. Exercise(hit my step goal each day and add in additional exercise) 4. Eat more fruit and veggies, drink more water

Hi, I just started back to using this site and have not lost anything yet. My doctor suggested I lose 18lbs. So my first goal and my goal for this group is going to be 8lbs. Good luck to everyone, we can do this together :smile:
