"I am in the continual process of transcending fear-based rituals." ~Robert Downey Jr. *SIGH* remarkable, sexy and inspiring!

It's hard tho, with all the lag caused by the extra "new resolution" people. Hopefully, the site will get back up to speed and make it easier to log calories and such. I find that if I log on late at night to do catch up logging and the site is slow, it does not motivate me to keep doing it. But I keep trying. :) That's…

Got derailed yesterday and didn't get a chance to begin, but I've done my first workout today. Feels good. Followed it with an additional 10 min of ab/core training ball work. This is exciting.

Totally hijacked by an emergency around my house Monday night, so NO exercise done (didn't get to dinner either... bad me.) SO I'm up today, had a good breakfast and am going to begin my Day 1 soon! :) Mad props to everyone who busted out day one on the 23rd. Keep it up team. We're going to kick some *kitten* this month.…

I found the Shred DVD so I'm officially in the game. Weight this AM was 166.6, but its that TOM so I know I"m heavier than usual. Hope to really get back on the wagon with this one. GOOD LUCK to everyone participating.

The support system is the hardest and most important part, I find. Without friends to motivate me off the couch, or remind me to drink water, I sometimes wallow (and it is soooooooo easy to do when your cats curl up in your lap and look at you with that "You don't REALLY want to get up, do you?" look.) So welcome to the…

Remember that even two steps forward, one step back = one step in the right direction. Keep at it, slow and steady and you can do this!

Another 63 min of walk/run. That's 156/1440. 10.8% done. Wow, so much more to do.

Another 55 minutes of exercise today. plus yesterday's, I'm now at 93/1440. Yikes... So far still to go. But it keeps me motivated to keep movin, so that's all good. plus tonight, it rained, so I got to walk in a storm. So pretty and completely refreshing for body and soul.

Getting a late start, but I want in on this one. Tonight was first exercise of June... 38/1440.

WOW!!! That looks and sounds amazing. Hopefully we'll be able to make it here in GA and give it a taste test. THANKS SO MUCH for creating the receipe for us! :)

You look awesome. Rock that tummy! You earned bragging rights and then some. :)

I totally understand. However, I allow myself something like 1 10oz glass, and then I drink some water. If after sitting with the water for a bit, I'm still craving wine, I'll allow myself a small glass more. But I'm learning to stop after that one big glass... slowly but surely. Best of luck with that :)
