    Another 55 minutes of exercise today. plus yesterday's, I'm now at 93/1440. Yikes... So far still to go. But it keeps me motivated to keep movin, so that's all good.

    plus tonight, it rained, so I got to walk in a storm. So pretty and completely refreshing for body and soul.

    CRAP I just realized 30 day Shred is only 25 minutes, even if you include the warm up and cool down (which I am). I'm adjusting my numbers. And starting to add another five minutes of cardio. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
