So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Started June 1st

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of June!

Many of us have done well with this challenge, its very motivating to get your butt moving

YOU know you want too!! COME ON!

    Oddly enough, I was making the remark about wondering if I could hit 1500 this month. A friend pointed me here! Let's see if I can finish this now. ;D

    June 1 - 50 minutes hula hooping (instructor), 10 min stretching, 30 min aerobics (exercisetv plan)
