I started last week and today will be day 11 for me. I'm on Level 2 and like you I did it before. It worked well for me last time and I'm hoping that it will work well from me again and give me the reboot that I need. Level 2 makes me sweat A LOT more than Level 1 that is for sure. I'd love to check in with you guys too, but am quite a way ahead of you guys. After my 30 days are up, I plan on doing her Yoga Meltdown dvd (got a triple pack of Jillian Michaels DVDs for $10 at walmart) so if anyone wants to do that with me too feel free to add me.0

I did day 9 of level 1 today - I did the first 5 days in a row then had 2 days off (due to a hangover oops) and then the last 4 days have been in a row.
I am seeing the difference already - this is so worth it! Although I'm not looking forward to level 2 - level 3 is nicer (strangely).
....and for anyone starting out today - the pain you experience tomorrow is worth it, and it will ease off by days 4/5.
....remember also that you may see an initial weight gain - I'm told this is normal, and due to your muscles repairing themselves and holding on to water.0 -

Hi everyone! Last time I did the 30DS I lost inches and lbs like crazy. I'm wanting to do it again but have had three false starts so I am setting Monday as the day to start and carry it all the way through the 30 Days. Anyone fancy doing it with me to keep each other motivated?
I would start earlier but this weekend is my hen weekend (starting from tomorrow) so I know I'm not going to be well behaved this week! :ohwell:0 -

I did it Saturday for the first time. Yesterday I was so sore. Today is even worse! it kicked my *kitten* Although I'm doing a 5k in March so it's running MWF, and 30 DS T, TH, Sat.

I just started this morning, without weights though as I have to go buy some after work. What lb weights is everyone using? I'm thinking about either 3's or 5's but I'm not sure if the 3's would be too light or the 5's would be too heavy...0

I just bought 30DS yesterday, and am starting today also!! Good luck everyone! I like the idea of 10 days level 1, 10 days lever 2 10 days level 3.. Hopefully I don't disappoint myself...0

I tried it out last friday and it kicked my butt! Going to officially start it today and do it atleast 6 out of 7 times a week if not 7 out of 7. depending on what my body is telling me to do! Funny ive had this dvd for a while now and never used it until i heard so much about it on here! Taking my measurments right now!0

i started 2 weeks ago...but I have to admit not with the diet aspect of it. So I would like to also join in. I am on level 2 however today would be the first day of actually behaving with the food!!0

Day one level one - done! Got up this morning at 6:00 and completed the workout!!! I was actually able to use 5 pounds weights - except for the arm raises with the side lunge. I had to use 3 pound weights. I hope this is on my way to being able to workout again. I may have to back down but I am going to try! In the past few months every time I thought I was ready I pushed too hard and ended up exhausted and in bed again. (some type of chronic fatigue) Hopefully this time will be different!!!

This afternoon I will be doing day 3 of level one. I only have 5 lb weights, so even though these are a bit challenging for some of the moves, I will tough it through! So far I've found it pretty difficult, but I'm hoping this will be empowering down the road when I realize how much stronger I've become. Fingers crossed!0

I've never done the 30 DS, but I'd like to start today, too. The product description on Amazon says you'll need small hand weights- any tips/suggestions on what size weights? Are they needed for Level 1 (which I will start on)?0

I've started this twice and did not keep up with it (just got bored I guess). I'm starting this up again today...Feel free to add me as a friend to keep me motivated. I've lost 10 pounds so far, just can't stick with it for the next 10. I'm really hoping to stick with it this time. Oh, I also use the 5 Lbs. for the workout and the 3 Lbs. for the arm lift/side lunges.
Knowing what to eat along with this workout is the tough one for me. Cannot seem to get the choices right.0 -
I would like to start today too! I have done it before and the burns feels good! I have been at a plateau for months. This time I will take measurements instead of just going by the scale.
