  • Thanks everyone!! I did Level 2 tonight for the first time and it was a killer! Legs are sore, there was a lot that I couldn't do. It's a tough workout but I will continue on because I heard it gives great results.

  • Just started level 1 one January 6. I take an occasional rest day. I'm going to do each level for 10 days. I haven't jumped on the scale but feel like I have more energy.

  • I paid $30 for each 1/2 hour session and went 3 times a week for 15 visits. I was starting to see good results so I signed up for another 15. Well worth the money if you take what you learn and continue doing it on your own when the training sessions run out. I definitely recommend it.

  • I'm not sure what CKG and LG mean. I bought Chris Powell's book, Choose to lose. Trying it out as nothing else is working for me.
  • I did slim fast 10 years ago after my twins were born and lost all 42 pregnancy pounds in 3 months. It worked great. I unfortunately gained my weight back and tried it a few more times but it was a killer on my stomach so I stopped. Make sure you drink LOTs of water! Good lcuk
  • I do the same thing and don't know why. I'll come home from work and binge! One unhealthy food right after the next until I feel sick and I keep going after that. It's frustrating!!
  • I started off doing 10 minutes a day, 6 days a week for the first week. Each week i add 2 additional minutes per day. My eliptical has a weight loss program and it's a pretty good workout. Good luck!
  • I hardly drink plain water anymore. I throw 2 lemon slices in my water bottle, it not only adds flavor but i really believe it is helping with the weight loss.
