I'm just wondering how you did Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and/or Ripped in 30.

HOW:
How many days in a row did you do it?
How many rest days did you take and how often?
How many days per level did you take?
How long did it take you to make it through the levels?

RESULTS:
How much weight did you lose?
How many inches did you lose?

Any information you could share would be greatly appreciated. :)

    Just started level 1 one January 6. I take an occasional rest day. I'm going to do each level for 10 days. I haven't jumped on the scale but feel like I have more energy.
