i love carbs, they give you the energy you need to keep going, unless you have a medical condition to watch them don't bother. problem with going on a low carb/fat diet is that once you lose the weight and go back to eating them it will go back on. unless you have a carb free diet forever but that wouldn't be good, slow…

honestly don't worry about sugar, when I first started I cut out so many things from my diet because the sugar limit including fruit and veg, when I changed sugar on my setting I lost weight so much quicker. unless you have a reason to watch your sugar limit don't bother

that's brill just going to visit the sites now, im liking the thought of adding dark chocolate :P I cut back on chocolate a lot because it made my skin very bad as I suffer from eczema but dark chocolate has a different affect on me

yess I have only recently noticed how low my fat has been, any good food you think I can add? almonds I know are high

I eat strawberries which are low in calories, any fruit is good for you too eat and will keep you fuller for longer, also hartley jelly pits are good only 10 cal, walls milk lolly only 30 cal. I know weight watchers food is expensive but there always handy and last but not least snack a jacks :)

I started 30 day shred a while back and its brill, I have just started it over again now, I saw great results, toned my legs, bum and tum, they say to work at 5 days a week with this dvd at minimum, so everyday would be good, its can be challenging at first but if you stick to it you will see amazing results.

I am a hairdressing and I work 3 and a half days a week, plus do exercise everyday for about 30 minutes what should I set mine for ?

MFP says I need to eat 1200 a day. but I cant haha, its way to little for me and I have never stuck to that number for long. I eat around 1400 a day and do exercise everyday. I went from 147Ibs to 120Ibs so my advice eat more to weight less, your body needs food to burn maximum calories :)

I used my HRM for level 1 and told me I burnt 116 calories, I am 5'4 and 121Ibs. really annoying!!!
