food diary help

hello, I have already put a post up similar but was wondering if someone can look at my food diary 8/9/13 and give me some tips, this would be my normal daily routine, I want to have a healthy balanced diet and need advice on maybe adding new food or cutting back on some, thank you :)

Looks fine, though you don't need to keep your fat so low.

I think you look well balanced. From both a financial and health perspective, I might think about less processed name brand foods and more of the foods like strawberries that you're already eating. Move a little towards whole grains (slower to digest, better for your system look term), greens that start out as whole veggies, cook from scratch.

You don't have to do it all at once. Moving in that direction and you'll eventually get to where you want to be.

Yep, nuts or avocado, salmon is high in fat, or full fat dairy.

This is from an online article on adding healthy fats to your diet:

    - choose fattier meats and fishes
(grass fed animals, salmon, tuna, bacon..)

    - eat more eggs! yummy and healthy and have good fats and protein

    - use more fat when cooking
    use butter
    olive oil
    coconut oil

    - take fish oil supplements

    - use half and half in your coffee or straight up cream

    - add more sauces to your meals

    - dark chocolate

    - peanut butter and other nut butters, as well as raw almonds and walnuts, etc

    - avocados

    Other healthy tips:

more green veggies: spinach, kale, spring mixes

avoid artificial sweeteners, might as well use the natural thing or use stevia, agave, honey..

You can take a look at my food diary as well for ideas :)

that's brill just going to visit the sites now, im liking the thought of adding dark chocolate :P I cut back on chocolate a lot because it made my skin very bad as I suffer from eczema but dark chocolate has a different affect on me

I tend to boost fat with a full fat greek yogurt and some pine nuts if I look a little low. Also I love extra virgin olive oil which helps lol

You can glance at my food diary for yummy (and often healthy) fats. I usually go over on those :P.
