calories burned very confused
I have had this problem before, I have got a HRM only a watch but no chest strap, I have done jillian michaels 30 day shred level 1 and it said I have only burned 60 calories, female 19 years old 122Ibs

i know this might sound like a silly question. I went on my cross trainer for 45 minutes and it said I burnt 200 calories, because im smaller and burn less calories would this be right ?

I have just started jillian michaels banish fat and boost metabolism dvd, I did a 40 minute workout and had my HRM on, from the average calorie counter it said I burnt 517 calories but when I used the HRM it said 118 calories, surely that cant be right ? I am female 5'4 122Ibs
