hello, im looking for some advice, I have filled out one day on my average day in my food diary. can someone please have a look and see how my meals and snacks are, I am looking to be a very healthy eater. can anyone give me some advice on adding extra things ?

As long as you're getting as close to the numbers as you can, you're fine. Your diary looks fine to me.0

Start by defining what "healthy eating" means to you. Everyone has their own priorities. For me, your intake looks a little low on fat, and high on sodium, but that's just according to how I try to eat. (Your body needs fat, btw.) It's a very good start, anyway.
ETA: (And by "a good start" I don't mean you need to change anything necessarily, just that you've done well with your numbers for the first day.)
