help mee!!!! I am new to here hoping someone will be able to give me some advice, I am 5'4 and weight 122. I would like to lose another 5 pounds to get to my target weight, I eat 1200 to 1300 a day and do daily exercise of jillian 30 day shred for 30 minutes. can someone give me advice on losing those extra pounds

    Enter your information on MFP, choose the appropriate job activity, and lose .5 lbs a week. Eat your calorie goal and your exercise calories when earned. With only 5 lbs to go it will probably come off slowly picking a higher loss per week will just decrease the amount you can eat and still not show you the expected 2 lbs.
