I used them for first time with my trainer yesterday. Did a squat and had some cardio involved and it kicked my butt. But I am just getting started in the work out area. But I loved working with them.

I am on a very low carb diet. I have almost cut them out completely. I haven't had bread in the house in over 2 months. For me that's a big deal

I don't have it, but you can look for a recipe for a cauliflower pizza crust then add some marina sauce with fresh veggies, and fresh basil...

I have a fitbit pedometer and a fitbit scale. I am going to get the fitbit sleep tracker and exercise tracker next week. I love if and I will be getting the bracelet one. I have the clip on one and it is alright. I programed my fairly easily. Online instructions are helpful.
