I'm sick of teasing myself with the scales, after hardly looking at them at first. But when I lost weight,I couldn't stop checking them (at least every other day). Have now decided from today to just weigh-in on Sunday morning as I get up. Was hoping those who already weigh-in on a Sunday would join me & those who have no set day would switch. Just so as a group we could succeed together & give support.

This thread may be pie in the sky & probably nobody will respond, just putting it out there.
