Hi I'm Jody I'm nearly 20 and I need to loose alot of weight I put on !
I will need support and motivation because I know my partner won't be doing it!
I was aiming to eat around 1000 calories a day would this be sustainable? I also have a
Treadmill & a bike machine. I'm seriously unfit so any beginners tips please.
Hope this is okay as a first post if not what else should I add ? I'm shy and
Nervous about this but excited also.

    you may want to check on the calories you eat per day. I have about 100 lbs to lose and I am eating 1300 calories a day. I will be happy to motivate you and support you on your journey.

    I have a lot to learn about calories, but from what I have learned 1000 seems like way too low. One lesson I'm learning is that you have to eat to lose.
