On the flavored ones, are they still white in color? I always have to add a couple of regular eggs to the egg whites just for color (silly I know!). It just weirds me out for some reason. Alatariel75 that pie sounds amazing. Did you take a pic by chance?

Personally I like to poach it with some garlic or garlic powder, salt, & pepper. It keeps it super moist. If you add fresh garlic, onions, celery and carrots to the mix, you'll end up with a nice broth as well.

Just wondering what program you would suggest for someone who finished C25K but isn't able to complete 5k in the 30 min run? Another round of C25K or just my own thing? I haven't been to a fair in over a decade. I think it's time to visit :drinker: I can't to make just the crust shape that way and fill it up with nutella/strawberries/marshmallows, etc. Yum :D

You can also create meals. If you have the same meals over and over, you can add them to your diary and then click on quick tools and then remember meal.

Make sure to get one with a pause button! Mine doesn't have one and I either have to stop the whole workout or jump off when I need to pause. I'd say it is for raw info. But to be sure just check it against the serving size vs servings per package vs package size. If it matches up then it should be for raw info.

This is exactly me :D I do my runs at 5km but some days I have to drop to 4.7 to keep going. I just finished the program yesterday and I'm planning on restarting it tmw at a faster speed. Will see how it goes :D

My trouble week was week 8. I hadn't repeated any days until then. I was able to do 25 mins in week 7 without any problems but in week 8 I couldn't reach 25 mins anymore. I started getting runner's rash (chub rub & sweat & higher speed friction). It cleared up instantly with some baby diaper/nappy rash cream. Super cheap, super easy, and super soothing :D

I tried this too in both vanilla and choc. The vanilla was pretty bad and the choc wasn't much better, but I made them with water. I might have to give them a shot again with milk.

That seems pretty low still. That's a lot of exercise to only be eating 1800. With this method, your exercise should already be included in the calories you are eating so it should account for all your activity. I highly doubt all that exercise would have you still at 1800.
