LOL! It was 99 grams!! My goal is 1 gram/pound LBM so it wasn't quite there (goal 130 grams) but it was 76% of goal and my total for the day ended up 152 grams! Yeah baby! ????????????0 -

Lol. I guess my whole point was to make a bread less burger so I could save my carbs for the day. This helped me hit my macros perfectly. I have no issue with bread/grains/carbs, but this way I got a delicious burger and had room in my macros for ice cream last night (was going to have grapes but then my hubby pulled out ice cream haha). If I have to decide between a bun for my burger or ice cream in one day and still hit my macros? ICE CREAM WILL WIN EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!
Side note: grilled cheese *drool* yum!!!0
