I have the same problem! I think its just being too busy in the day to really think about water though. At night after my kids go to sleep and I dont have other things to occupy my attention i realize how thirsty I am and i feel like i could drink a bath tub!!

lol just put on a few extra layers :wink: as for running shoes, i had to save up for a few months for mine but i just decided if i didnt start working out TODAY i would find an excuse tomorrow or the next day or the next ... so on and so on ( not saying that youre making one at all! )

i liked the JM videos i thought insanity was just.... well blah... intense but bleh... ive heard great things about RI30 .... but i think the one thing that you can always do is run / walk :D no purchase necessary

I think that is totally up to what you feel your body is up to. I havent done her ripped in 30 but I have done a lot of her other videos. Im pretty sure they all recommend doing them every day. When I did them i did them 6 days a week and took a break on 1though *shrugs* I normally ended up taking a walk on that day…

the best thing ive ever heard.... eat like a diabetic hhahaha .... low sugars moderate carbs ... weight loss is 80 what you put in your mouth :) sugars go right to your belly . Carbs are important so im not saying so low carb we just tend to eat way too many. But of corse everybody is different in the end it will come down…

Also im not sure about stevia, but i know artificial sweeteners may be linked to insulin resistance ... so you might want to look into that before going down that ave. :)

im fairly certain that 'general circuit training' is not accurate for the amount of calories you actually burn while doing 30 day shred tho

Once you screw up you cant just say " well ill start tomorrow " thats a pit fall, i used to do it to myself all the time. You eat something you shouldnt have, stop, tell you self its ok, it doesnt mess up your entire day (not enough to justify a binge anyway!). Just remind youself to do better tomorrow, not start over! :)…

I focus mostly on keeping my surgars under 20g grams a day and being aware that im not over doing it on the carbs late at night. Every meal consists of less carbs and fewer calories through out the day. Normaly ending with dinner as my smallest meal for example, like a small peice of chicken and a small serving of veggies.…
