Start out walking and then to running in place. I actually started running in place, and that helped. Then once you can do that, try real running.

you are eating too little calories(: but i really like wheat thins. some people say that they're not the best, but i've had no problem with them. i had them for a snack at around 3pm and it lasted me till about 6 or 7pm

i dont know if you want more food, but honey bunches of oats raisin medley... that gets my system running! haha. but yeah i guess apple juice if you don't want food.

i took the time to plan out my food, so i wouldn't find temptations a lot. try to get big time binge food out of the house for good. i find not totally restricting my fav food but rather only having it once a week can help prevent it a lot. i also chew gum. hope this helps.

I am maintaining and was told not to go below like 1500 calories. The calculator thing says for me to have about 1750. As long as your eating healthy food, but not to much of it, you shouldn't lose or gain. Maybe if you exercise, you would also want to eat most of the calories back. 75% maybe?

One of the best tricks I learned for sweets is dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is the real deal and is a lot healthier for you. It has antioxidants in it. Of course this doesn't mean stuff your face with them, but if you have a tremendous craving try getting a small piece of dark chocolate each day.

I am an athlete and i probably need more protein. I am first trying to grasp maintaining and maybe to gain a little. I really just want to get this to where i dont lose any more weight atm. I'm not sure what I'm gonna make for dinner though. Probably a chicken breast or something.
