  • I would suggest, no crazy stretching that you have never done the race, drink lots of water this week, not to water much before the race, and take two days off running the days before, maybe replace a run with a walk! Good Luck. Don't change too much with your routine!

  • I also agree that snacks are good, you have to snack on healthy snacks , three small snacks a day. That way you wont be sooo hungry by the time meal time comes around. Try it it works!

  • Wow that is awesome- I am very close to that under 200lb mark as well. I have been sitting at 203 for a week now, and am hoping that the spin class I did tonight will gat me a little closer. My husband is treating me to a lululemon shopping trip once I am under 200- YAY!!!

  • I am wondering the same thing, Yoga really does kick your butt for the first little while, I assume it might get a little easier as you progress. I remember that my feet physically hurt the from spreading toes, pushing and stretching them the day after my first class- it was a wierd feeling.
