Sorry to bother you guys but does anyone know how to add. It seems I can only add via facebook or by e-mail. I have tried adding the url/profile info to see if that would work but I'm not having any luck. :/ appreciate any insight.

Without meaning to be unhelpful a HRM would probably be best. Anything else will only be guesstimating ur heart rate and what cals u are burning. I would recomend polar.

I read some of the message boards (refrain from posting on most of them) there are some trolls that go looking to forcefully put other other people down and shove their opinion down the OP's throat its almost a form of bullying at times. As mentioned by others you are best adding new friends (throw a post out for support)…

I know it can be frustrated you don't feel like its paying off, but that is just a number on the scale and as the folks say a number of factors can play a part. Why don't you get a tape measure and keep a log of your measurements of your bust/hips/waist etc etc and you will see that the inches will actually be coming off…

The basis of losing weight is burning more calories than what goes into your body. You can be healthy all week, have a treat day, and still be under your weekly calorie limit and therefore end up still losing weight. That's interesting question but to be accurate I use a HRM. Its an extra expense, but if you are in this for the long haul its the only way you're gonna get to have a realistic idea on the actual calories you burn. Another thing I have done this year (i've been on here a while & keep starting doing well then stopping), I have started a paper journal. I've put my mini goals in there, why I want to lose weight etc etc (like a diary) and keep a little log of your days.... today was a bad day but I will try harder tomorrow. Resisted that…
