I have 0 will power when it comes "snack foods" so im probably better to stay away from the all together! And as to me time, once i know which machines/weights /exercises to do i will be back to going on my own. I do enjoys the time away :)

My thing with logging our regular daily activities is that we all did them before we stated working out right? if you have your activity level set at lightly active that will cover it

I have to say I totally agree. I never count cleaning the house, laundry and so on because I did all that before I started losing weight. The only thing I count are my workouts and thats it

ok that makes sense, but..... as I said I have reached my "goal" but Im still not happy with the way I look ( is anyone?) I guess what I want to do is cut fat while building muscle????? I am no longer concerned with the scale. I am 5'7 144 lbs @ 28 years old. I just thought 144 would make me look better than…

I changed my protien to 50% and it took me to like a gram per lb isnt that too much?

yoga does help alot but really "stretch more" is your best bet. I mean like at lease every day:ohwell:

My kids work out with me ( or they thinks they are) I give them my yoga mat pop in a work out dvd and off we go. Why not try to work out when your youngest goes to bet but your other child is still up? Its actually pretty fun ( "wow mom your really stong" even thow it is only 7 lb weights)

As a mom of three I know how hard it can be to eat right. you either dont feed yourself at all or are constantly nibbling on left over girlled cheese crust or that half of a cookie someone didnt eat!!! I got mine @ walmart for $59 it does have a chest strap which you need to continuously monitor your heart rate

I would make sure you drink a ton of water to help with the sodium issue and have a hot bath
