There'll be a lot of opportunities to over eat, so possibly! I have a food scale, and am the one cooking, so I'll be weighing everything out. My plan is to stick to portions, but have whatever foods I want.

I raise my calories to the ".5lbs loss per week" setting every so often. The last time was for my son's birthday over Labor Day weekend. I'll do again for Halloween. I actually raise my calorie intake for that week. An extra 200 calories makes all the difference for me. Then it's right back to my usual goal after my period is over. ^ This, and exactly this. Blue Dream is a great strain to try. It's a sativa-dominant strain, and is even great for before working out (no couch lock). Where I live (Oregon) recreational is now legal. However, my family grows medical marijuana for dispensaries. Try out some different strains (I suggest sativa-dominant).

My drink of choice has always been an iced coffee with a splash of nonfat milk. My husband thinks it tastes gross, but I think it's a cup of pure bliss.

First off, congrats on the new baby! :) If you can't get to a gym, my suggestion would be to search YouTube and make a playlist of workouts. Even if you have to stop in the middle of one to tend to a kiddo, pause it and you can always come back/start over. Anything you do is better than not doing anything at all.

I used to get them all the time! Now, mostly to save money, I just buy bigger packages of snacks and portion them out. I like the convenience of grab and go :smile:.

I made it to 397 consecutive days before going on vacation, not having internet, and losing my count. It was a bummer.

I'm a tad over 5'8". I'm 202 lbs, and in a size 10. When I was 175 lbs, I wore a 7/8. My heaviest was 255 lbs and I was in a size 16. Size M-L in shirts. I carry most of my weight in my thighs, arms/shoulders and chest.
