Every Saturday and once on Wednesday or Thursday sometimes to just if I need to tighten up.

I started weighing daily since I got a digital scale. Is there a way to use MFP to track your daily weight without it sending a notice to all your friends when you have just re-lost due to fluctuations? Libra works okay, but I prefer not to have apps I don't need.0

Yup. It's something you can turn off in your settings.
And I weigh every damn day! And I use trend weight to account for water weight fluctuations.

Once each month. I find the normal fluxuations too anxiety provoking.0

I weigh myself every morning, but only log it once a week.0

I weigh myself once a week (although i try to avoid weighing around the time of the month).
In that instance, i'll weigh myself the following week.0 -
At the moment I weigh myself about two times a week. But I won't if I feel bloated or bleh.
I think when I get closer to maintenance I'm going to start weighing daily though so I can see what to expect in terms of water fluctuations when maintaining0 -
Twice a day, as soon as I wake up and then just before I go to bed. I log the morning weight daily in a couple of apps and about once a week in myfitnesspal.0

I get on the scale almost every day when I get home from work. Only log about once a week though.0

Every two-ish weeks0

I check daily.0

Same as minutes. First thing in the a.m. then right b4 bed.0

Every morning, but I only log new lows, not every minor fluctuation...

every morning if I'm home, it makes me feel good if I lost and inspires me to do better if I don't.0

Once a week. Same day every week. Same time every week. After going to the toilet first thing in the morning.
Consistency when weighing is key.
And not doing it too many times is important too because otherwise you're fixated on the numbers as opposed to how you feel.
As much as many of us want to lose weight... The weight will take care of itself as long as you KNOW you're logging accurately - I find it's nice to have a pleasant surprise instead of obsessing over numbers.0 -
Every 3 months!0

I weigh every morning...if I'm up, it makes me pause and consider what I did or didn't do the day before to cause that. It is almost always water retention and turns itself around the next day as long as I stay on track!0
-
Daily. Record it. Average all of those numbers & log that result once a week. Takes care of inevitable daily fluctuations.0
-
Every morning for curiosity's sake and as a matter of habit, but I record once a week.0
-
probably 4-5 times a day. It lets me understand my weight fluxation and trends0
-
Daily. I log it in an app that does statistical smoothing for me.0

Good call DonM46. Good idea.
The only issue is that people still stay obsessed with the daily fluctuations and beat themselves up.0
