I made it for dinner and it was a hit! We like spicy so I made a few adjustments. I omitted salt and garlic powder. I increased pepper and hot sauce to 1T. I added 1T crushed red pepper flakes to BBQ sauce mixture. This is something I can make often. It was a new version to spice up chicken!! Thanks for sharing :happy:

Amen! Portion control and satisfaction work together. If I only have calories let for a small portion that does not satisfy me, when my tummy is grumbly I am going t wish I had something more filling.

I have 100+ to lose, but baby steps. I have lost 18 so far. Would enjoy hearing the successes of others as well as supporting each others when struggling. Those who have 100+ to lose can understand each other.

I do! It has been 30 days! I log in everything I eat or I tend to sneak BLT'S (bite, licks and tastes) during the day. I ate Mexican food out with family and I did my best to log in everything including each tortilla chip and the tequila shot! :wink:
