I always find myself looking for low calorie recipes on days where I have fewer calories left for dinner. What are your favorites!??

One of my favorites is one I found on LowCalCook for Cheeseburger Soup!

It's called portion control. You can make any recipe you want and then just eat a portion that fits your cals.

I know that it's all about portion control. I'm just posting for some low-cal options when I have either had a big lunch/breakfast and am aiming for a low-cal dinner. What's wrong with that?

It also need to satisfy ... not just portion control. If I make macaroni and cheese, and I only have like 150 calories left, 1-2 tablespoons of macaroni and cheese is not going to satisfy me..

    Try here for ideas http://allrecipes.com/recipes/healthy-recipes/low-calorie/
  • Amen! Portion control and satisfaction work together. If I only have calories let for a small portion that does not satisfy me, when my tummy is grumbly I am going t wish I had something more filling.

  • There is also someone on YouTube who has a fitness blog she posts "cheap, clean eats" that have low calorie counts.
