I would guess closer to the 1250 but Im not for sure. I had a dessert similar to that and was schocked and the cal amount after the fact. Sounds like a fun time and sooo yummy!! Gkad you enjoyed it.

i looked this up earlier today. I found that one medium strawberry is 4 cals, .9 carb.

I asked a doctor about a similar thing (except i use fiber gummies), and she said fiber supplements can't hurt as long as you are drinking enough water. She thought that they were a good, safe idea if you are having trouble and are trying tp eat as much fiber in your daily diet.

I def agree with the protein. Add more protein and cut a little of the carbs to keep your total cals in check and see if you feel better! It may take a few weeks. i noticed the same thing you are saying and after a few weeks i am noticing more weight loss and feeling much much better!

I dont think it has a negative impact either as long as you stay under your calorie goal. I eat it a lot and have not found a negative effect.
