megooo...hopefully you get past the 144 mark...i always had a hard time getting past 146 to 140...i ended up having to start exercising more.....fluctuated for a few months ugh!

Started a Biggest Loser competition today. I've only got 7 pounds to get to my Happy Weight of 148 and this BL contest is only 7 weeks long (Ends 10 June-Last day of school). Losing only seven pounds won't win the competion but the competition will help stay accountable. Also, this close to my "Happy Weight" I'm not sure I can lose 7 pounds in 7 weeks. However, you can never get enough motivation. Between BL and MFP I will have lots of people to help me stay motivated. Thanks all of you MFPers for supporting healthy lifestyles. I -You

It is very difficult to lose weight so close to your goal weight and way too easy to gain it. Hang in there - it may come slow but it will come off if you continue doing the right things.0 -
Thanks stormy! I know it's just hard to stay motivated when that happens. But I wanted to let everyone know I'm so proud of myself because starting sunday I have 7 days of food planned out so I am bound to do better by easter....however I am taking a slight mental break and not logging until sunday. I think its necessary sometimes.0

I have had a tough week...TOM ..and i have had many eating problems..late night tasty eating problems..so I have added a 1 hour walk into my daily routine with a bunch of people in my town, we all talk on facebook. It was fantastic, being able to see all my old friends and being able to bring my daughter with me. There was 20 of us ...maybe the group will get bigger

I doubled down on my Saturday workout. I'm still sore today from accumulated fatigue I think However, it is a good sore if you know what I mean. Anxious to see how it will affect Wednesday's weigh-in. My guess is -good news is coming:laugh:0 -

So this morning for my weigh in I was so excited...it was 5 am and I almost woke up myhubby...I LOST 2 WHOLE POUNDS...I havent done that since before Xmas.. so I didnt meet my goal weight , but I came closer than I could ever imagine! Hope the rest of you have had as much success! have a wonderful Easter and see you on the next challenge! I lost 4.5 total lbs through the whole challenge!

i doubled my exercise this weekend too, but that means i only walked a mile. humbling to go from RUNNING nine miles to barely WALKING one. oh well, i get to build up my strength all over again.0 -
