still so far away from my goal! *sigh* the swelling and extra water weight are almost gone; it is completely gone in my hands and face, but still lingering in my abdominal area. oh well, at least i am under (by a whole .6 pound - hahaha!) where i started almost 10 weeks ago.
thanks everyone for joining me and have a happy easter!
(p.s. i will post one more challenge tomorrow if anyone wants to participate in it.)0 -

I definitely need to up the water intake so I'll be doing this weekend's challenge! WI on Sunday for me and I am both excited and terrified to see what the scale says after not weighing for 7 weeks! Great job to everyone on the challenge. I am glad there is another one up and I will be weighing in much more frequently on that one!0

Well, the goal was to do great with my diet, drink tons of water and work out everyday this past week to get that extra pound off...but then my son got an ear infection so things changed. I only managed one decent workout this week and slacked on the diet. After 2 doctor visits, antibiotics and a whole lot of loving and snuggling, my son is recovering nicely. So I'm just going to continue to baby him this week and start fresh on Monday. Good job everybody!!!0 -
you did great dixie. life is like that sometimes.0
