I'm 5ft 3 & maintain at around 104lbs give or take a couple of lbs each way. I eat 1600-1800 calories a day most days & typically will have one day a week where I eat more, around 2200-2500 ish

I am one of those people that loves to eat late/snack late so I don't try to avoid it. My evening meal is typically the largest meal I eat all day & I usually make sure there are several hundred cals leftover after it for dessert/late snacks. I normally get well over 50% of my entire daily calorie intake between 7-11:30pm.…

If I'm working I have breakfast at the office and it is usually fruit & yogurt or a protein shake & fruit or ham/cream cheese & toast. Weekends I regularly have eggs & bacon with toast. If I'm doing a morning workout I don't tend to eat anything and wait until afterwards.

I do big Sunday meal preps if I know I have a particularly busy week coming up & so I do batch cooking/portioning into containers to make it easy to grab my meals for the day. Other than that though my usual "meal prep" only extends to pre-logging & organising my breakfast / lunch / snacks the night before for the…

Whatever works for you & fits in with your day. I eat differently depending on my schedule. Most days I snack all day and end up eating meals/snacks 6-8X. Once or maybe twice a week I have one calorific big meal and either eat nothing or very lightly the rest of the day. One is not better than the other IMO, but I do…

I have the containers which I bought on their own as I like them and find them useful for packing my lunch snacks & keeping everything separate. I have never used them to follow the 21DF eating plan as that isn't why I bought them but the containers are small IMO & if using them for portion control as advised in the 21DF I…

My protein aim is 116g daily. I eat a lot of fish meat & like plenty of variety but venison, tuna, shrimp, chicken & pork are my top 5. Also plenty of eggs, egg whites, greek yogurt & milk. I love bagels & the ones I buy have 10g so that is a really easy 10 to get in :) I get around 30g a day from either a protein bar or…

I'm the same, my left knee and shoulder both seem to click when I do certain exercises. It isn't painful just annoying. :(

I just eat the chocolate. Have always loved dark chocolate though and a couple of squares of 70-80% and I'm happy :) also enjoy various chocolate protein bars

http://www.healthysupplies.co.uk/nuts.html are fairly well priced. You can get 1 KG of cashews for £10.99 or their bags of their "broken" cashews are £8.99 for a KG if you don't mind them not all being whole. They also do plenty of other nuts but I have only ever bough cashews :)

Yes I log all my fruit :-)

If you have a demanding, manual job or do a lot of exercise you may simply not be eating enough for your activity level. If that is not the case then could you be eating less than you think/overestimating if you are not weighing everything? I would get the suit altered but if not an option then eating more/exercising less…

I often make individual baked eggs with extras added :) an egg in each compartment of a baking tray for 12 cupcakes then add whatever extra you like (last batch I did was spinach/red peppers/chicken) bake until the eggs are fully set. I have a couple straight out of the oven for breakfast, keep some in the fridge for next…

My Mum is a slimming world fanatic. It works for her and has done for years. She lost weight and has kept it off for years following the SW method of eating & is able to do so eating pretty big portions of a lot of delicious meals....so it most definitely can and does work but the rules boggle my mind with all her "red…
