  • Thanks, do you know which cut banana republic pants would be more like the columnist? I like that cut because they are a bit straighter through the waist, I'm so not feeling all these curvy cut pants because the waist is too tight and the hips too big on my body type.   • I'm not doing all that low carb either, maybe some days I am pretty low but generally get a fair share from veggies and a bit of fruit. Yeah, I think I'm going to eliminate it again regardless- back to the stevia and see how it goes.

  • I have them too and I'm generally in the slight to moderate range- though I don't really check that often. After a workout you will really see some dark purple! I have read that it doesn't really matter how dark they are- either you're in ketosis or you aren't. They also will show much darker when you have drank less water.

  • I think you might actually be surprised at your calorie count when cutting carbs... it kind of naturally curbs the calories without really realizing it :) I still keep my calories under 1600 personally, but I'm not specifically doing Atkins- just low carb.
