Use a HRM with a strap..............it is pretty accurate.

I suggest get a Polar heart rate monitor with a strap....Then you will have an accurate reading for calories burned!!

I have a polar .... Luckily, it was my wife's when I met her and she let me use it ..... LOVE IT!

The Polar is more accurit .. I use the POlar and I enter what it says ... not what MFP guesses!!

I have a Polar HRM and I love it .. I did 38 minutes of strength (Power 90 Sculpt) and I burned 461 calories I highly recommend buying one.

I use a Polar ... with a chest strap .....When I run on the treadmill it is not even close to what the treadmill says .. and I know it is more accurate because it actually feels my heartbeat!

It is by the deli.....there are expensive cheeses by the deli and you will see them. I eat these every day!!!

I agree with all of that I am on day 30 on P90 (first program before P90X) and I love it ... Cardio and weights and in 35 days I have lost 10 pounds!!!! Good stuff man, good stuff!

Greek yogurt, almonds (try the new blazin' buffalo wing) and mats like chicken and lean beef!

Instead of eating, exercise .... or eat fruit or a protein bar. Exercise helps with stress anyway and once you see you have lost weight, you won't get mad easily because you will feel so much better!!
