When I started on 1/1/18 my goal was 78 pounds to lose. I've lost 10 so far. Count me in!

I think it's a matter of choice. If you want to use them you can but don't have to. But you probably will lose faster if you don't use them. When I was a WW member, the leader used to say "of course I use my activity points, that's the whole point of exercising!" ;)

I am also starting over. I'm so sick of the up and down weight and feeling crappy! Also my clothes have gotten really tight and refuse to buy bigger ones. I need to make this year the time that sticks!

I have to say, I've forced myself to get on the treadmill the last 2 evenings and I seem to have much more energy. I also slept better last night. Of course, that could have been because I knew I didn't have to go to work this morning! I also have tried to remember my second dose of calcium+D. My doctor wants me to take it…
