    Interesting time on the treadmill this morning - had to jump off to get in the doorway with the kiddos when an earthquake hit - anyways its done now -

    That's a little more workout excitement than anybody needs!


    Just a bit - I guess though it adds in a few more calories burned :)

    3 out of 4 ~ forgot to check in yesterday and i did elliptical and 30DS. and today, i did stationary bike!

    Day 3 completed - not much of a workout, walked 30 minutes and lost 107 calories, under the weather, but managed to get out for some fresh air :)

    No workouts the last two days, but I am going to the Bahamas and will not be on here to record my workouts. Will update when I get back. Thx for the added motivation to continue a good fitness plan throughout 2012.
