I've been doing The Biggest Loser Yoga Workout with Bob. It's a mix of yoga and pilates and there are modifications for every fitness level. I really enjoy it; my thighs are firmer and my bootie is starting to perk up a bit :smile:

Blueberry Banana is my favorite: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 banana 2/3 cup milk 1 scoop french vanilla protein powder and just a bit of ice to thicken it up Enjoy!

My absolute faves are what my friends call "gory horror porn," stuff like House of 1000 Corpses, Devil's Rejects, Hostel, etc. But of course I still love the classics from the 80s; I'll pretty much watch anything with Robert Englund. If you want something truly disturbing watch "A Serbian Film" I was utterly speechless…

I made a huge roast this weekend, it's just the two of us so we have tons of left overs. I like shredding it and putting it in a whole wheat tortilla or wrap with some homemade salsa for lunch. Sooooo good! If that doesn't fill me up I'll add an apple - not too many cals and pretty filling.

I've been taking things very slowly, just changing a few things here and there. I switched sugar for stevia in my coffee and started eating breakfast (usually bacon and eggs or a fruit smoothie). For lunch I'm eating whole grain bread now instead of white (which is huge for me) and having an apple with my sandwich instead…
