Hi! So I found this recipe online and wanted to try it. However, I am not sure how to find the nutrition values since it is soaked in something, and then fried. It isn't like you drink the milk and egg it was soaked in, or drink the frying oil? I have other recipes similar to this that involve a marinade, but there is some leftover. Any assistance on calculating the nutritional information, and how you did it would be greatly appreciated!
Also, I am aware that fried foods are not the best option. However, sometimes a girl needs a little happy after a long day!
Thanks

I just googled "copy cat chick fil a bites recipe and nutrition info." It doesn't have the dipping sauce, but you could easily do that one in the recipe builder.0
