I just got the app...and want to start, have honestly been afraid of starting it since I just started biking...and my legs feel like jelly most days....do you think it is doable? To start this and the biking? Or should I wait?

Great job!! My son is two years in remission from a rare chidhood cancer and is only three-years-old (he was diagnosed at 3 mos and we were told to takehim home on hospice!) I am personally honored that you would cut your hair for cancer awareness! YOu look amazing!! Awesome dedication :))

I had two c-secion, three births...and I am having that problem after my third child as well. I have a pouch above my c section line now and I can't stand it. I don't know anything about how to lift weights, what weights to use or how to even operate them! How do you learn those things? I even joined a gym and they people that work there don't take the time to teach you. Suggestions?

Be careful that salad is loaded with calories....you may want to look up some choices first. A small chili from wendy's has less calories.

I think Height makes a difference in this bc I can wear an 8 and look great whereas a shorter person may not look as good in an 8 does that make sense? I am 5'10" wear size m/l shirts I am busty...I wear size 8/10 pants in juniors (love AE) that's where most of my jeans/shorts come from...and the LOFT!!!!

I never drink enough water it is terrible! I have been pondering the same thing and need to really increase the water...bc I am not drinking anything and I have been thinking if I drink more maybe it will make me full instead of feeling hungry like I need to eat.

I am having the same problem...I am trying zig zagging my calories. I don't know what the guy meant by carb problem a little explanation would help. I imagine he is assuming you are eating too many carbs. I don't know your diet, but I can tell you I am not getting in too many carbs. Try looking up zig zagging your calories…

Try some really good running shoes and insoles! I am trying brooks right now and they were about $100 but well worth it thus far, I want to try the reebok zigs. I have mine where you can access via password, so if someone wants to see it they can ask me. I am not ashamed in at all bc I eat very healthy and am proud of that. I just don't like to feel persecuted if I want to enjoy a banana muffin one day either. I shouldn't have to "hear" about it.

I also like to watch the bad girls club and it is such a trashy show, I would not want people to know that I watch it and I yell at the tv when I watch it. Like I would seriously knock some of those people out! LMBO!

why not two veggie sides? Broccoli, raw carrots or cooked carrots...turnip greens..I eat what I like, does it have to "go" together? LOL Good luck! I think the sweet potatoe fries sound great : ) OR you could just have a nice fresh salad as a side, that's what I do with spaghetti.
