I've cut soda completely and go straight for sparkling water (Not to be confused with seltzer water). Sparkling water is zero calorie, zero carbs, and zero sugar and give you that fizzy feeling on your tongue you enjoy! Thank you guys for your input! I never thought of it that way. I had MFP when there wasn't an option for public diary and I never thought to turn it off! But I suppose I'll open for everyone to see! Though I personally don't like looking in people's diary's because it makes me hungry :P

Using bull**** "cardio excercises" to burn calories. EX: (insert name here) just burned 900 calories doing 15 minutes of cleaning (general) Like seriously? You're only kidding yourself.

Now, 2 pounds in four days really isn't realistic. But ways I usually keep my appetite under control is to use appetite suppressants. If pills don't work best for you, I also suggest drinking tea after your meal. It is a natural alternative.

I actually am using them now. I have had meals with them and without them just to see if they work and they definitely do! Just be careful which one you get. I know how that is. My girlfriend pigs out on chips and cheese and everything else while I'm trying to get fit. I just see it as a challenge and a sense of pride knowing I didn't succumb to my desires.

I do too! What I do is use the website and not my app. It calculates using your body weight, too. I also use another website and do the average if I feel it is WAY too high.

I love making asparagus by just sprinkling a little olive oil on them and a little salt and throwing them in the oven for 20 minutes. Perfect, roasted asparagus!
