I would look up a pumpkin pie mix recipe and make that. you can put it in smoothies, or make some pumpkin pie parfaits with it. I have also made pumpkin soup this year with it. My website has the recipes for the soup and parfaits (which are to die for so i would totally recommend those if you make a mix) My blog is…

Like you said, always clean after right away. I used to use bandaids to buffer the friction, and also a really tight and supportive sports bra. As far as the workouts, I would just see how it feels while you're doing them. if it's uncomfortable, stop and do something lighter. Good luck!

I love making a Sunday breakfast for my husband and I on Sundays. I'll make homemade whipped cream for my coffee, and then make pancakes, french toast of waffles with all the yummy topping and fillers. I don't do it every weekend, but when i do do it, i try to eat light the rest of the day, but i know I always go over my…

Go light. Doing something is better than nothing but make sure not to stress your body out too much. If you go too hard it might take your body longer to recover from the sickness. I have a nasty cold right now too and the thought of working out makes me want to fall asleep. I am going light with long walks and light…

I agree with Shanni. If you have a weird feeling about it, there is most likely a reason for it. I know I wouldn't be feeling that. Listen to your instincts on this one. If you're usually ok with it and you aren't right now, then something is up. Talk to him about it before something happens that can't be taken back. Good…

I turn mine off when I finish a workout. Sometimes I forget for a minute but then I turn it off when I remember. I think that's the best way to do it. :)

I feel your frustration. It's hard! I have similar issues on and off. I would suggest lowering your cals by a few hundred. I'm 5'7 and I have been told by my doctor and physical trainer to eat about 1400 a day. And when I exercise I do not count those calories as "food I can not eat." that is the only way that has worked…
